Runes, when to use?

Monk sub is good for support. Remember it is a "TEAM" effort, playing Rambo is not the point of the game.

Hi, thanks ahead for any advice. I am currently lvl9 and I am wondering when(at what lvl) should I start equip myself with runes?

LvL 7 N/M here. I would swap out ~7.Vampiric Touch~ with something else, If you are not gonna melee, you can't do anything with that.
