This entire build depends on having enemies up close, and unless you're a 55 or something (which you obviously are not), you do not want...

AoD is not necesarily the assassin elite. It is useful in PvP situations (go into observation mode and almost every assassin on the top gvg guilds...

If you're going as a fire ele then you want to bring Meteor Shower...it's AoE, but does not cause scatter, and the knockdown is essential....

For an A/Mo vigorous spirit is a must. And no it's not just a tanking skill....VS is awesome for just about any situation.
