-50 to life item

I know that there is some type of item that you can get for a quest reward from Symon the Scribe I believe which gives you a -50 to life and its an off hand, but I can't seem to figure out which quest it is... is there a certain thing you have to do to get symon to give you the quest? or is there some type of order?

Its Cities of Ascalon. It's the Cesta even though you don't know it has -50. You may need to complete a few quests from him first.

I say they remove the search button from this forum. Cause if it doesnt cause 1 problem It cuases another. People will never use it, so all it is doing is making us members have to wade through 1000 topics where the only replies are mods peeved off and saying "USE SEARCH BUTTON OR DIE".
