I seen this also when the SF update was going to be installed. Our group was transported to UW, and died in minutes.

That enterance has always been there. No one would want to use it though.

ya i found that with my runner too, maybe it's their so you can go there with morale if you start from droks, although that will take a while

It used to be that you could use this shrine to enter the UW with a party made up of toons on different servers. I'm in a guild with an international membership and in order to go into UW with our Euro members we would trek to this shrine from the War Camp. Favor used to not matter, but after the AoE update (I think that is when it happened) of a few weeks ago, they closed this door to mixed parties.

I thought the leader or majority of the team had to be from the region holding favor. :\ I know Europe used to use this a lot to get into UW, since they had trouble holding HoH during the first months of the game.
