Is there a way to report a scumer?

I run a guy from Thunerhead Keep to Grotto and he didn't pay for run - he just ignored me. I got screenshots. Can anyone tell me if I can make that guy pay (in any way)?

Go on www.guildwars.com and Contact them, and link them to the screenshots, give them a near exact time and date.

i don't think not paying for running is a scam...

scamming is considered giving an ingame item for something else, but paying less...you cannot "trade" a run

a scam cheats someone out of agreeded on results

not paying them for doing something (running etc)

giving the wrong item in trade

paying less than agreed on

etc.

not paying is a crime in real life so why should an in game agreement be less of a scam?

the runner spent possibly hours depending on the run and the other person rips them off. SCAM

yes....i have reported many scammers that try to sneak out from my watch

I've heard when one person recieves 9 ban marks, they get banned. I've heard a scam counts as 3 ban marks. But, heres the tricky part- that person can only be reported once of each player.

I think this is true, but i've only been told this.

The real issue here is why you ran him the entire way before asking for payment. All payments should be made around halfway.
