do they always drop with the 15>50 mod????, or how come that blue one in page one has it and its blue.

They all have it. It's they way they drop. Basically, it is the collector's 15>50 sword with an icy hilt and a blue FDS skin. That's all.

Hmm, I can get used to this... (until it gets hit with a nerf...) Two in one run.

I was a in a 6 man group, 4 barrage rangers with me being the tank, a prot monk, and a healing monk.

We got to the imps faster then any other group i had been in.
We were going to do another run, then the christmas update came and it fell apart

Sorry, do you happen to hold the source code for that game right in your computer? How then are you able to make that assertion?

I've seen this sword drop personally myself 5 times, all with the same max mods, ALL are blue.

2 5 man runs, and still no drops, this is bad

Dunno about nerfing the drop rate... I got mine just before I heard about the new build.

OK i got one of these crazy IDS today. My guild went in full 8 man gorups about 6 runs, TODAY (drop rate nerf, possible). EACH AND EVERY run we got one single IDS. ill post pics soon for MORE confirmation. Here are the facts, and hopefully enough information for the ignorant, to keep the price real low (yes, i DONT want these to shoot up in cost).

3 runs with teams and only 1 sword between us all, argh time to go solo...........

I had 3 IDS drops after about 10 runs. I sold my first 2 for 50K each and the 3rd for 45K about 10 mins ago.

It's possible, and extremely easy to solo the ice cave. If you build it right, you kill the first mob and get the blessing (3 pips of regen) and you will not need to heal at all.

from my experience they only drop 1 per run. ive done both 5 and 8 man teams. ive only got 4 swords on about 10 or so runs with the groups. it makes everyone mad that i get them but what can i do ? i think they have been around ALOT longer than we think. my brother seen one in Dorknars around 2 months ago. a guy tried to sell it to him and he thought it was fake or bugged so he didnt buy it.

Ok I've done about 5 or 6 runs in total, varying party sizes from 6-8. Altogether I've seen 10-12 swords drop.

I'd say they're rather common.

I dare say it's the novelty/"new" factor at the moment, after a while it will get boring fast sinice it's basically a collector weapon with a reasonable skin. Soon enough people will realise it's just a fiery one with different colour. I think I'll keep my gold fellblade meatcleaver

Hey I think I was in the group with you hehe. Went to check out the xmas update, found nothing too special about it (no collectors yet or hats) so I went back and tried again with henches. It was slower. Died several times. Didn't get a sword. Damn I don't care much about selling it just want one for my tank I did however open 2 shiverpeak chests and I got a max gold poisoners axe of enchanting +16, 15>50 req9 and a smiting rod +9 recharge +9 fast cast, but req 13 so I guess the run wasn't a complete loss

Heard rumors that these swords are only being dropped over the holidays? But until I see gaile gray state it in writing, I believe they're here to stay and soon they'll be extremely common.... 50k for one..... you guys are nuts
