2. Essence Bond
3. Balthazar's Spirit
4. Protective Spirit
5. Healing Breeze
6. Zealot's fire
7. Balthazar's Aura
8. Shield of Judgment (E)
- Armor: Ascetic’s with energy bonus.
- Weapon: Monk max wand +5 energy while enchanted OR HP > 50%
- Runes: 5 Superior runes (4 different monk and a duplicate of 1 other)
- Offhand item: THIS IS IMPORTANT!! There is only 1 item you can use for this build to work successfully. There is a mission from Simon scribe in ascalon that you will get a grim cesta for a necro.
You don't care about all the requirements, but you will always have -50HP.
- With this and 5 superior runes your HP will be 55. This is the nuts and bolts of the build. With HP of 55, and protective spirit, you will never take more than 5 damage from any single hit. With mending and healing breeze, you will regen so fast, it is almost impossible for you to die.
- I have seen MANY different modifications for this build, but this one by far has given me the most success. I can solo anything that does not have enchantment shattering abilities with no problem. This is a very good build to make a little extra cash. There are 3 main combinations with this build going at the same time.
- 1. Energy management: The combination essence bond, balth spirit, and 4-12 trolls for example kicking the snot out of you, you'll never be low on energy.
- 2. HP management: Mending, healing breeze, and protective spirit cast at the same time will make it almost impossible you to die with 55HP.
- 3. Damage management: Have zealots fire on at all times and keep recasting heeling breeze and protective spirit over and over. You will never be low on energy, and will keep doing damage, and ensure to keep you alive Once they are knocked down, cast balth aura, and let them pound on you. Sometimes that causes them to run, but they'll come back for more of a beating.
It takes some time to kill but is almost unbeatable.
- First begin by casting Mending, Essence Bond, and Balth Spirit. Next cast Protective Spirit, healing breeze and get as many enemies on you as possible. Cast zealot's fire and keep casting healing breeze and protective spirit. When you’re ready to stop teasing the enemy that they can't kill you, cast shield of judgment. When that’s about to end, cast balth aura. Repeat and you will kill everything that doesn't run away with its tail between its legs.
Flaws with this build:
- 1. Any enemy that has the capability to destroy an enchantment owns you.
- 2. You need to be attacked by multiple enemies at the same time to keep energy up.
You can't do this fighting 1 or 2; it must be at minimum 3 enemies at a time.
- 3. Degen hurts. luckinny, most that have degen skills also have enchantment breaking skills as well so just stay away from them all together. A good example of enemy’s to solo are trolls, griffons, and ettins. That covers almost all flaws for this build. If you can find more please let me know, I haven’t run into any others.
