where to get poision shot?

i think that is what it is called but right now i am in lions arch and this is one of the skills i have been really looking forward to

I think you mean Apply Posion.

You have to capture it from a boss useing a signet of capture, no idea where he is though

You find apply poison in the area outside the city/ post of Lion Arch. The area is called Northern Kryta where the NPC is. There a mini city is right before you zone to Nebo Terrace right by the water and I cant remember if you buy the skill or do a mission but you get it there. Now the skill just poison you haft to use the capture signet but that far into the game.
