Don't know if this has been asked in regards to skills?

With my N/W I have a shout skill which requires adreneline to use, now I have noticed that when I do use the shout, it also uses energy. It does not show that it needs energy, only adreneline so I just wondered if it was normal for these things to happen or if it just happens if it is your secondary skill set?

I guess I should have a good scan through the manual but I can not remember seeing any info in there before?

Adrenaline skills do not cost energy and vice-versa. Which skill?

Would it be "Fear Me" or "Watch Yourself"?

The skill is watch yourself.

I know it should not cost energy to use but the point is it does use energy each time I use it, hence the question.

Since when? It could be broken, but I was just using watch yourself last night and it didnt take energy.

I will try and grab a screen shot to show it when I am on next.

Nice answer, but I'm not using a signet ring! I'm using a shout.

I've run a no-energy warrior monk (2 enchantments, perhaps holy wrath + strength of honor) and so have only adrenaline skills and signets to use so know that I can use Watch Yourself with no energy.

I assume you are not under any hexes?

Two shouts use adrenaline and not energy. If you are losing energy using either it is a bug and should be reported as such to Anet.

It does not happen all the time, if I wait until the energy bar is full then use the shout it takes no energy. But if I use it when the bar is filling up, then I see it drop by 4 which is the same cost in energy as it takes in adrenaline.

I do not see any hexes at the time of shouting.

I'll try taking some screen grabs as mentioned but it is difficult to show a before and after when you need the 2 screen shots within a second or so, just so you can see what is happening. I may record a session to try and show it.

It is not a major problem that stops me playing, I just found it wierd.
