up to date armor info?

Is there any up to date armor info, particularly for rangers and monks... specifically i want to know what the stuff in lion's arch takes to craft... materials wise. Guild wars guru doesn't have any information left on it.

Wouldn't the easiest thing be to go to LA and look?
Most monk stuff requires raw cloth and sometimes something else, or parchment.
You might come across the need for a feather or steel ingot every now and then, but it isn't needed unless you want to have a special property in your armour...

LA is a long journey, and while i do have one character there, my other char cant get there yet and my first char cant see the other armor type.

So you see, i want to know what to save or farm on the way... i dont think that's unreasonable?

In that case, stack up on parchment and cloth and throw in a few tanned hides. Add in a couple of steel ingots and a feather or two and you should be able to get most of the monk armours...
