Shock Sniper & Quickshot Spiker?

Ok ...basically the Shock sniper and Quickshot spiker...both focus on single target damge with high dps...which is spiking...both deal loads of damge by the speed of their attacks..so i was wondering...Do rangers only have spike builds as damage dealer...ive yet to see a ranger "nuking" build if thats what u call a ranger that deals 1 heck of a damage each shot...so anybody knows...?

Edit:Barrage bots also rely on fast attack speed

There is a lot of information here on high dps and how to get it.

I suggest using the conjure flame-Kindle arrows method. Mix it up with TF and your good to go. I think .

ermm..actually i wasnt lookin for dps builds... .i was wonderin if there were any ranger builds that can dish out 1 heck of a damge in a single shot...like an ele's nuking build..if you know what i mean

All the other moves are actually up to you .

I would suggest
-favorable winds so your arrows strike for +6 more damage.

No, rangers are not elementalists. Rangers are consistent in damage, instead of dealing one giant load of damage at one time.

My conjure flame-Kindle arrows ranger can do about >100 damage with dual shot.

Hmmm...i see your point chris...man...if only preps could stack.....i really love RTW...hahaz...hmm..actually..this leaves no other choice for an elite...so the build that u suggested would most probably be using Quickshot right?

Yes, quickshot is feasible.

Reminds me of the flame slinger build.....yea..read some where that it does wonders in PvP...

I've been playing around with different elites, and actually like Punishing shot more than quick shot. I use it in the same way.... with FW and kindle on, and immediately after dual or hunters, etc. It's not quite as spammable (8 second recharge), but it fires faster (the .5 second difference seems actually like much more). Also, punishing adds more damage to the attack (19 I think), and it interrupts. To me, these things are worth only being able to use it about 1 time for every 3 quick shots.

I was having that problem too.... there are 2 Coldstone bosses, but only 1 spawns at any given instancing. Use the map on this site to find the patrol route, go in the opposite direction they go, and hope you're lucky and it's the right boss..... if you want some help, I can join you today/tonight and help you out.
