Traveling Issues

When I first bought Guild Wars, I went to travel from say Ashford Abbey to Ascalon and it worked great. Now whenever I try to travel anywhere Guild Wars crashes on me! Only on rare occasions does it not crash. I was wondering if anyone else was having this problem and if anyone knows how I could fix it. Because I'd rather not walk all the way from Wizard's Folley to Ascalon just for a reward. So I guess you could say I'm some what lazy. So if anyone could help that'd be greatly appriciated.

I have that problem too on my laptop, but not my home pc. Normally, I can travel for about 5 minutes before it won't work anymore. I can tell it's not going to work when I click on the districts and they are grayed out instead of showing a list of available districts. If I do try to travel, it pauses for a bit, and then just sits on the "Connecting...." box.

If I exit the game completely and log back in, I can travel for a few minutes again before it won't let me anymore.

Also, I know it's not my firewall, etc. because I have two friends sharing the connection and they have never had this issue.
