Live Vicariously + AoE

I'm about to test my 2nd question, but figured I'll post it with the first one anyways:

1) Does Live Vicariously trigger on each hit of an "over time AoE" (IE: Fire Storm)?

2) Does Live Vicariously trigger multiple times if multiple creatures are hit?

.

IE: If I cast Live Vicariously on an ally (let's say I get 10 health per hit), and that ally casts a Fire Storm that hits 3 targets for the full 5 seconds (a total of 15 hits), how much health do I get?

Actually, nevermind then. In testing # 2, it doesn't even get triggered unless I physically attack someone with a weapon.

hah, well only physical attacks yes. Hundred blades works great for this, and if you bring Vital Blessing? i think its called (basically it does the same as LV but no -1 upkeep, however it lasts only 30 secs. I quit using the build msyelf recently. I was able to get 22 life from each hit(didnt use a vamp hilt, I used a zealous, and bonettis defense for back up energy) and with hundred blades, you can do very well.
