Random Team Victory Rewards

I'm sure, SURE this must've been brought up somewhere sometime, but my search of this forum left me empty-handed, so forgive me if this is something that's been repeated a lot.

The PvP for random teams is a nice break from PvE during the lower levels. If it's intended to be that way, fine, keep it that way. But for me, it always leaves me wanting. I'd love to actually get something for winning, other than the MAYBE 100 experience I get for killing the enemy team. Something trivial and meaningless would be awesome, like 5 gold, or 50 XP. Just some sort of bonus that would make playing for 3 hours fun AND rewarding. I'm sure that'd get more people into the currently-near-empty Arenas (at least at Yak's Bend and Lyon's Arch, I havn't been in the Ascalon city one in a while).

I get to know good team players, and also those I should avoid like a plauge... that's my reward for doing random group PvP. If I gotten a token for it, I'd be happy, but even if I didn't I'd still go there.

I'm pretty sure you get XP for winning in the arena's. I remember I got about 300 one time. I think it was becuase I had won some previous rounds though.

300 is from a Flawless Victory, in which no member of your team goes face down. Resurrected ones don't count.

Really? You get 300 for a flawless victory? I didn't realize that!
