A later in the game quest, once you're ascended and past the desert into Iron Mines of Moladune. It allows you to "infuse" your armor so spectral agony that the mursaat do essentially do nothing to you with spectral anymore.

Can i ask if you have infused armor then sell it. Do you need to infuse your new set of armor ?? Will the spectral agony have no efect on the person that was infused ??????????

You can't sell your armor as its customized to you (well you can but thats mean). You don't NEED to infuse your armor, only if you plan on fighting the mursaat. (if your a prohecies character then yes you should)

Spectral Agony is just a special "monster skill" that does a certain amount of dmg per sec. (like smite attacks). If your not infused you will die fast. If you are then its does "mid-range" dmg.

Just need to do iron mines of moldune infusion again to get your new set infused. The infusion bit is killing the Eilodon and bringing his essence to the Seer he then infuses your armour. You can do it as many times as you want.

Infusion run is merely doing that part of the mission. Usually with a warior or ranger to run you to the cinematic to reduce the time it takes.

There are another 2 places you can be infused 2, but they come later. Ring of Fire (bonus) and in the Mineral Springs (thats not really important). You just gotta remember that everytime you buy new armour it needs to be infused again. But as you can run it in about 15 minutes, its not too big a worry.

Btw... are you Doncaster as in South Yorkshire? Cos i live there

infusion is only really needed in prophecies....if you dont plan on doing anything in the southern shiverpeaks again (and if you go to factions or nightfall) then you dont really have to worry about it if you buy new armor. The mursaat are only in that area so -----

(what I did, I have one set of 'infused' armor so if I come back that way again I can go up against them, however, my other sets are not infused --so I will just change if I go there....)

Almost two years bump lmao.

Oh and you can also get infused in Abaddon's Mouth mission. But you should really be infused before that as the mission consists of battling Mursaat's hordes (you wouldn't believe the amount of people who aren't infused at this point. I've had even Ursans and people with Tormented items not infused).

Two bump is ftw.

Infusion runs are for Iron Mines of Maladune (not sure if I spelt if correctly).
