Gaile Gray in Lions Arch D2 on 11/26/05

Well, Gaile Gray made a suprise appearance in LA D2 tonight, around 7:00 Hawaii time. I went in hoping to find some great deals (looks like prices went way down on everything now), and went in to find: "OMG Gaile, "Gaile, marry me," "We love you Gaile..." etc... So I was like, wow, I've never seen her in person, so I check if she was there by adding her to my party. And lo and behold, she was actually here!

Amazing experience for me, a guy who never met her before. There had to be like 50 people swamred around her body, smothering it with warrior sweat and mesmer lingerie. And everytime Gaile spoke...she spoke in Guild green! AMAZING! LOL. That level 7 ranger sure had presence. (looks like someone hasn't been playing much since her last apperance).

Anyway, yeah the Assassin was confirmed. And she made a comment saying that it was "ONE" of the professions to be released in the expansion, again confirmed in early 06. A whole bunch of stuff about certain professions were discussed. Christmas ideas were spammed, everything from spiked eggnog, to santa hats. Guild storage, and a lot of other interesting stuff.

I was impressed. She answered la good number of my questions and I didn't even have to spam them for them to be answered. Eh these aren't exact answers, but close enough.

Q: Gaile, why is your armor dyed purple?
A: Because purple is my favorite color.

Q: Gaile, is there going to be a big Christmas Party in LA again?
A: We are working on the Christmas event, and want it to be something special. (Come on people...why are you asking about guild storage when you can be asking about Christmas?!?!)

Q: Gaile, Coke or Pepsi?
A: (her answer seemed to be missing a word) Mmm...thats a very interesting question, I've never thought about for a long time.

Q: Gaile, are you using spell check? (She had pretty good spelling and grammar)
A: No, sorry for my many spelling errors.

Unfortunatly, I had to leave for dinner.

LOL. Anyway, yeah some interesting stuff. Those who were there, please share your thoughts. And those who have never seen the Gaile parties, please post your jealousy. :P

Any other suggestions for the lurking Gaile Gray?

I think one time she said she played mostly under a difrent character so people wouldn't bug her when she does. But can you imagine LA snow covered all done up in christmas colors and lights, and in the center of it all a huge Christmas tree? I love Christmas.

i believe i have seen her once in LA during the halloween event. and yes, people swarm all around her and spam questions at her. pretty interesting watching it happen,

Oh yeah, I knew it was comming, and they had the screenshot and everything. But hey, it came from her mouth, AND it is ONE of the professions. That would be headway. Hehe, guess I didn't make it too clear in my post.

It came from her mouth before, on several fansites. I don't suppose she mentioned anything about the 15k tormentors that she claimed we "wouldn't have to use our fingers and toes" to count the days for?

They've got nine days left.

She also stated, "NO no no no Monthly Fees with Chapter 2. None." I believe that was the way she said it.

Still its nice for it to be confirmed! but the important point there was it is "one" of the proffesions.

There is still nothing concrete about the second proffesion, and talking to Gaile on the subject might reveal little hints that she may be alowed to spill.

I remember my first time seeing Gaile.......*flashback*
I had no idea who she was as I was relatively new to Guild Wars. I remember tons of chat, which I thought was spam; so I quickly left LA, only to find out a week later that Gaile Gray was secretly my savior.

*sigh* maybe one day I'll see her again....

That confirms it, there will be monthly fees for Chapter 2. Good job ANet, I thought Guild Wars would be different. You won't be getting my money because of this.

I bought mine months ago, and even have him wearing it now so when it's updated I'll see it when I'm selecting my character. It better be worth my time. I've got their due date marked on my calendar.
