Explain to me if this is UAS or what? Thats a bunch of crap if you can pay more to get UAS.

please tell me where it's say that it will unlock all skills?

It allows the unlocking of 7 skills, 1 elite, 1 rune and 1 weapon upgrade

that's 13k faction....LOL

i can get that in no time at all.

but a newbie couldnt, maybe they can get into pvp faster
now is that PvP or the PvE character too?

You don't unlock skills for PvE, you buy them with skill points at the correct area

You can get into PvP at anytime, can't ya?

Gotta say it is pretty cheesy to give stuff out that most people have to earn (rather easily if they really want to), so what else is new? I would rather see them get a unique item, more of a vanity item that says, "yes I bought the special edition".

This edition comes about 5 months too late for my liking... all I want is the cool fire effect from the collector's edition. So I need a key to add to my current normal version.
