runes, hilts, handles etc...

How many runes, hilts, handles and the such can you apply to one weapon. I would assume that you can have many runes, and one of the others but seeing as I have only found 1 hilt and 1 rune so far...I haven't been able to test this out. Anyone Know for sure?

There are genrally 2 upgrades possible for a weapon, say a bow string and bow grip, or axe head and axe haft... adding more than that only replaces what you are already using. Runes are for armour, with one rune per armour piece, with the highest effect rune being applied. Ex. you have a +1 and +2 rune for the same attribute, only the +2 rune will work if both are placed in different pieces of armour.

I had a sword with a vampiric rune that stole one hp per attack...how is that a piece of armor?
