Gwens Tapestry Don't trash it just yet

Ok so how many of you are like me still carring around that damned broken flute and that tapesty? Well i got tired of it and decided to ask arenanet if I should be keeping it. (Not really expecting an answer.) But all I had to lose was the damned tapestry. So here is my question and their answer.

My Email to support:
"PLEASE I just want to know how long i should keep this tapestry. I have had it since first charactor. Its taken up space. Should I keep it or just trash it. Please! Just tell me yes or no answer. I dont even want to know why, just if I should it.

Thank you for contacting Guild Wars Support. The Tapestry Shred is for a quest that has not yet been implemented into Guild Wars. Unfortunately, we do not have a specific time frame for when this quest might become available. If we do make a change, we will be sure to share the news in an interview, on our various fansite forums, or we will make a post about it on our official site, www.guildwars.com. Please keep an eye on the site for future updates.

So I guess We need to carry it abit longer. Mabye to the next expansion. Heres hoping I'm not wasting my time. Just thought Id share.

IMO if you needs space, just trash it. It only takes like 30 minutes to bribe Gwen, then 2 minutes to go to searing and store it in storage.

after.. getting my account suspended...the letters they send... all have same... words.... in fact all the words r exact..cept the name of the person sending it to u..

so i really dont trust it. thats just me.

you got your account suspended because they hadn't implemented the tapestry shard quest yet?

Argh.... I'm waiting in presearing for the Tapistry to become important. (well.. I'm also finishing all quests)

I'd like to use my abilitites to just slaughter Gwen then turn her into a bone horror.

Think about this, what is the reward for a quest that has you get items from pre, two spread out in post and possible wait for 2nd chatper of the game

Gwen's secret items will be utilized in the near future. Return to Sarah the three items and a new one to be discovered, and She will reward you with a very special item.

She will give you *drumroll* an honorable sigil!

What can you do with an honorable sigil? Well, you can hang up a picture of Gwen in your Guild Hall! Congratulations!

I have a question about gwen but don't want 2 make a new thread so i'll just put it here,k.

If i haven't bought gwen the flute and the cape, then why is she wearing them?

I've found that if you group up with someone in Pre-Sear that HAS bought her the stuff, then "your" Gwen will then have the stuff as well.

3? I have the broken flute and tapestry shread. Are you talking about the cape too? if so shouldn't we have the non-broken flute? And for those who remember didn't there used to be a Gwen item out by fisherman's haven near Mingas the Meek? I wanna say it was a little girls cape...but now it's not there.

I think if it turns into a quest it won't be in pre sear. In post u find Gwen's broken flute and also tattered gril cape.

So I would assume that the quest is post sear.

im a noob but what are the 3 items??(shred, broken flute) whats the other one?

1. Tapestry Shred
2. Gwen's Broken flute
3. Tattered Cape (or is it called Tattered Girl's Cape?)

I've also heard that there is a 4th item called Dead Flower or something like that, but I have never come across it and so don't really know if there is actually a 4th item or not - I'm inclined to believe it doesn't exist.. at least till I find it myself

Arrrg I hate that little gwen so much. But oh how i miss the green country of pre. where we used to stroll and play in the sun while gwen would play her little heart out. hehe sorry. Well Im off to find the third then.

I own a tattered girls cape, a small girls cape, a tapestry shred, Gwens broken flute, A broken flute, a flute and 5 red iris flowers.

Tapestry shred is a gift from Gwen.
Small girls cape is from the merchant in presearing.
Tattered girls cape is from North of Sanctum Cay. (unsure if that still spawns)
Gwens broken flute is what i found in post searing Ascalon.
A broken flute is what you're supposed to find for Gwen in Pre.
A flute is from the merchant.
Red iris flowers from presearing.

I think i have every angle of our much awaited quest covered.
