How to show FPS?

I searched a bit and couldn't find anything... anywho just looking to see if GW has any built in FPS monitor so I don't have to run Fraps or anything else to check my frame rate <_<;

there is a few threads on this. But to save you the searching, put in -perf after everything else in ur target box for your gw shortcut. (right click->properties->shortcut) remember to leave a space in between the " and the -
