Starting to see a lot more drops with 13 requirements. Merchant fodder for the most part.

Lol. 13 req marks...Use sup marks and 10 marks attribute points...

i'm a marks ranger, i don't give a damn about the reqs. as long as it's max dmg and has nice enough mods.

The requirement only does one thing: determines if you do base damage or the damage listed on the bow. I refuse to believe otherwise, unless someone would like to post some *real* proof.
