Arcane Conundrum

I have looked all through the towns and I still can't find this spell... It's in my final template and I have seen, I think, monsters use it in combat. I know it exist's and every temp builder has it. I'm starting to get worried, anyone got any info on it?

I found it either at one of the desert trainers, or the skill trainer in Droknar's Forge, can't really remember which.
