Lvl 3 at perdition rock? Why the hell would u do that except maybe unused money & a bit of attention. And I think at lvl 3 it's impossible cuz u're lvl 2 when u leave pre-searing. Then, if u get ran to Drok's without doing any quests u might be that lucky u get ran to thunderhead by a good runna, u'll have 2 do thunderhead wich is 1k mission xp plus the kills, including the 3 missions on the ring o fire part. I think u'll get lvl 5 at least.

No, you can leave pre-sear at lvl 1
If you don't do any skill quests, you might be able to get to Ember Light Camp at lvl 1 but Im not sure. My lvl 1 ele is at Thunderhead Keep and he has 500 exp left to lvl 2 but I did all skill quests at pre-sear.

if u plan to go to Augury Rock .. Sanctum Cay Gives you 1k xp which makes u lvl 2
if not.. then just get run till Thunderhead.. do Mission get 1k xp & u will be lvl2
so basically u can be lvl 2 at emberlight.. or Ring of fire.. but to get at hells
you will be at least lvl 4 not more than that

after presearing (no kills in pvp, and team that lets you die) you have 825 exp. then 1825 after dying right away in THK. then 2825 (after dying right away) in RoF mission. then 3825 (after dying) in abbadons mouth, and 4825 (after BEATING) hells (with the quick death). 4825 = lvl3 w/225 exp on current level. so you can beat the main content of the game and be level 3
