healing hands

Can anyone tell me where to get the "healing hands" skill. I have shielding hands but apparently healing hands is much better. I will appreciate any tips. THanks. BTW i am a level 11 monk/warrior

you need to capture healing hands from a boss in d'lessio seaboard and his location in that area changes, he looks like a mergoyle, just hit him a couple times and watch him heal himself, when you see healing hands in the top of your screen click the signet of capture, and healing hands is linked to your healing prayers attribute and only costs 5 energy, its good to put on a tank as it can give up to 23 health back to that warrior, shielding hands relies on protection prayers and its not an elite skill whereas healing hands is, honestly, you shouldnt be tanking yourself since you're a monk primary and not a warrior, your armor is considerably weaker and you'll probably get hit for more than healing hands will or shielding hands will protect, and if you're putting the spell on someone else, you'd be better off with healing seed which is not elite, it lasts for longer than 10 seconds, and can heal target ally and adjacent allies for almost 30 damage with 12 attribute points in healing prayers, but healing seed costs 15 energy opposed to the 5 charged by healing hands

Onto Healing Seed.
I have that with my Ranger/Druid, and think I just captured it without having a clue what it was. And of course now have no idea where that was.
Anyone captured Healing Seed recently and remember where/who off? I've been searching all over the boards to no avail.

healing seed is not an elite skill I think I got mine in beetltun (if not it was around that time)

Yes, I knew it wasn't an Elite skill, but didn't want to have to wait til the Lagoon or whereever to buy it, and was hoping to capture it.
I found it last night, was a reward for the quest A Mysterious Message (or some such name) in Druid's Outlook.

I am having problems with this skill as well, i found riptide *the boss that is supposed to use it* he random spawns on the beach south of the area you need to protect the monk guy. in dalessio sea board

i have held him there for a long time without him using it, all he uses is party heal/blessed signet/protective spirit.

I cant find myst message in druids overlook, can i buy it anywere?

an elite at perdition rock still uses it I believe
