bug? mhenlo doesnt direct me furter

i was doing a quest to get some skills and at the last bit i had to find mhenlo. I found him and talked, he says some stuff and let me only choose 1 option. If i choose the option he doesnt do anything and if i walk away i still see a big green star at mhenlo's place. Im stuck here so please help me. I dont know if the game makers view this forum but if you do please take a look into this quest thank you.

Ox Simong First talk to Cynn. He is very close to the resurrection shrine. If you can't see him exit the area and then re-enter. Make sure that Cynn is with you when you talk to Mhenlo.

When the group I was with did the Mhenlo quest, we talked to Cyn, made it to Mhenlo but he was dead. Cyn and the departed Mhenlo had a conversation anyway.

My quest is stuck on <Find Mhenlo>. I talk to Cyn, I go back to where he was and he is not there. I also have no green arrow. This quest has been reported as a little buggy. There are a couple things you can do. First, if he never appears, abandon the quest and get it again in Yak's Bend, that should reset everything for you.

Second, make sure to have Cynn with you when you go after Mehnlo. In Traveler's Vale, she is right at the start (off to the left by the Rez Shrine). Once you enter the Iron Horse Mine area, she is off to the right, just inside the entrance. You'll have to talk to her again to get her to follow you as you continue the search for Mehnlo.

Third, try not to have any other quests active at the moment (especially Minaar's Trouble), as this will sometimes cause a swarm of Dolyak Riders and Stone Summit to appear near Mehnlo and they will destroy him before you can get there.
