Why isn't there an ignore feature for individuals in town?

Yes, I also think ANet needs to fix this. In alot of the districts that I pop up in people get incredibly stupid with thier opinions, input, racisism, and just down right ignorance. Sure if someone spams your whisper you can just ignore them, but when they spam All chat then it becomes a problem. I don't wanna turn off my all chat just because ONE person is acting a fool, I'd like to just ignore him/her and keep doing what I was doing before that. I'm sure someone will say "change district" but in every other district I go to, there's a regular there acting an ass as always. Seeing as how ANet just cleaned out alot of districts and there aren't that many in most places now, there tend to be more asshats.

Ignoring one character ignores all characters on the account, same as listing one friend shows all characters.

Funny... it also looks like the "Pssst!" sound.
i find it hard ignoring koreans, they have funny letters and i cant type the letters to ignore them, instead i have to go to the hassle of finding them in the map, clicking there name, adding them, then uninviting them to show the letters, select the text ctrl + c, then bring up friends list, in the ignore box i would press ctrl + v and ignore them, seems like a long process but it works, i would perfer if gw had a thing were u could ignore them by clicking on there name.
