Has anyone ever beat Glint?

I'm just curious, as I just attempted this and my group got seriously destroyed, but I may try again some day...who knows, was kind of fun and funny at the same time, and hey, fighting big dragons is always fun.

So close! You did a helluva lot better then my group did, we hurt him about 1/10 his life before getting slaughtered!

We got close dieing a couple of times with him at 50%, but every time : someone ran in a corner dragging glint with him and died.
So glint was stuck in a corner while we were rebirthing everyone.
At 50%, he started healing himself and at about 20-25% he started slowing people down, so when he started slowing people, he killed us =/.

do you have any idea what the dragon eggs do? As far as i can tell, I think it draws aggro towards whos holding them, but I'm not even sure about that.

Yeah, it draws aggro to one person, but we have no idea what other things it did.

whoa! that's awesome! I haven't gotten there yet. I need to finish up the rest of the desert.

I'm thinking about trying him again though .
But does anyone know what happens when you kill him? Is there more than completing the secondary objective of the mission?

I actually need to do this mission again to Skill Capture Gladiators Defense (I think its called) from the dark boss anyways...maybe then...heh.

DR J, do all Elementalist have such low max HP?

I'm a level 10 Monk/Ele and my HP isn't too far below yours, and I can exceed it greatly by using one enchantment.

Note the -35% in the upper left corner. He's just died a few times, so his HP is lowered a bit.
