What do i do with the little girls cape?

It's part of a quest you recieve from Gwen. (Just outside of Pre searing Ascalon.)

how do i get the quest from her? all she does is follow me around.

Talk to her.

You may already have started the quest if she is following you..check your quest list for one named "Gwen's flute" (Or something like that)

hmmm i never got it. weird.

I never got a quest for the cape... Gwen just mentioned it in one of those little speech blurbs and I was able to give it to her after that.

..Did you get a reward?

Yeah did you get a reward? that thing is pricey, I want to know if it's worth the investment.

If you give Gwen flowers (3 or 4) a new flute or the cape she will give you a tapestry shred. Hold onto the shred; the word is you use it later to complete a quest (Much Later!)

No real reward like xp or money or items, but she healed me more often and for more points as well as followed me across the pre-searing zones. Very helpful in some of the tougher zones.

lol i was trying to figure out why id just gain 20 hp for no reason at times didnt know she could heal.

I've given Gwen about 25-30 flowers and she hasn't given me the tapestry shred...how many are you supposed to give her and do they have to be all at once?

how'd you "give" her anything. Is there a trade window ?

I gave her a new flute and cape but never got any thing

if you have an item she want's and talk to her (click on her).. rather than getting the standard "I'l wait here" or "I'll follow you" comments, you'll get a popup where she ask's for the item and you can choose to give it to her or not.

Also, if it's something she REALLY wants, a "quest" ! will appear above her head indicating an important item/event/speach for her. I believe this happens when you buy her a new flute and a new cape - but can't remember if it's both or just of of them...

I think it is the order because i gave them in this order Cape-Flute-1 Flower and got it right away. You have to have them all on you then talk to her. I think.

It's random. I've given her any odd number of flowers, the flute and the cape in no particular order. This last time I just had to give her the flute and 3 flowers and got the tapestry piece AND she wanted to follow me around.
