just a wee bitty while ago i was in TA with a guild mate and some friends. we were 3 monks and one necro. not much dmg output. we killed the whole team but the Warrior. the warrior uses endure pain and breeze. and starts running.
we chase for a bit. we stop. My guildy suggests we just start a dance club. they will get bored eventually (we have a lot of patience, it took us 16 minutes to win the battle before).
we lure her into a false sense of security. she joins our party. we slowly move into a circle around her. she can't escape. then we kill her! mwahahahahahaha!!!
How to deal with runners in Team Arenas
1 pages • Page 1
This is easily the dumbest way to deal with runners. Not only that but the W/Mo above was hardly a runner. A runner usually packs traps/slowdown hex, multiple speed boosts and multiple defensive stances.
So your solution is this:
Stand around for 10 minutes or more and then attempt to body-block them ?? ( all for an extra 100~ Faction )
I think I'll just stick to bringing my own Speed Boost / Condition Snare / Hex Snare and get more FACTION as a result
Try bringing Imagined Burden instead of crap like Soul Barbs, next time...

I'm all for fun but chasing 1 griefer around an arena for more than 5 minutes when you could've just moved onto another battle is just plain silly. You've even more incentive to do this if your playing for fun.
My point stands
