necro gear

i got to droknars to get my necro armors but theres tons to pick from... what armors should i get?

im guessing :
bloodstained boots (target corpses faster)
the headgear that gives +1 energy regen
... and what else am i supposed to get ? the +piercing or reduce protection against holy dmg..

i dont get the "reduce protection against holy damage" ... doesnt make sense.. isnt it supposed to be "increase protection against holy damage" ? so you gain more armor against holy damage?

no, it's supposed to be reduce, so as to compensate for that set's higher armor level

i'd stick with bonelace if i were you

ok.. bonelace for boots .. what else for my other armor parts?

if you target corpses you should go with the bloodstained boots

and i just stick with the bonelace set for the rest of my armor, but what you do is up to you

i do target corpses but im not pvping so i dont think its gonna be a big deal?

yes. get scar patterns/blood stained boots - highest energy, and fast cast rate agaist corpses.

If you are doing PvE, the necrotic is an acceptable choice. There are VERY few enemies that use holy damage in PvE, and you will learn to be careful around those. VS everyone else, the extra armor is nice.

Bloodstained boots are there for looks only, they do not appear to do anything.

I disagree about your comment regarding Bloodstained Boots. They do indeed help with your cast time on corpses. BBs can come in very handy when you are dealing with monsters that use corpses themselves.
