Other Maps?

I am new to the fourm, and I got GW April 29th, and was wondering if the map we all are playing on is the only one....

I'm really not sure what you mean, but if you're trying to find out how large the "world" of Tyreal is I suggest that you look in the cartography section (it's on the main page of the website) If you haven't passed through the Academy yet then you haven't even begun to see the "world". Pre-searing Ascalon is really just a small tutorial section.

if you havent been through the academy you are still in the tutorial and not into the game yet.

I just got the game on Thursday, and I thought I explored quite a bit and was well into the game before entering the Academy. Looking at the map for the first time after the Academy, my jaw literally dropped!

Just think of it this way: Pre-searing is to Post-searing as a fish pond is to an ocean.

so Ashford abby, Fobbles Fair, and other plases are b4 the acadamy?

Yeah, Imagine the map your in, multiplied by about 10. Now we have a rough estimate of Post_searing size.

and remember for those of you who have scroll wheels...
hit m (so you can see the map) of post-searing ascalon
then scroll in and out..??

heh it is late. anyways there is a way to zoom in and out of the map .. the thing is HUGE
