I'd have to say Ranger, but Elementalist is a VERY close second.

Ranger owns. People keep talking shit about how it sucks so much. Then, a new ranger build comes out that everyone either plays the shit out of, or whines for a nerf.

2nd Monk

Although I do love playing my axe warrior, I have now found a renewed interest in my healer (ooeeerr!). So I'm going to vote monk on this one - very challenging and often rewarding.
