Traveling for Tournaments

For Tournaments where you travel to places like they are talking about... do you HAVE to travel there in order to participate in the tournament? Cause that would mean only the people who have a lot of free time would be able to show off their skills in the game at tournaments as big as this. Therefore not actually the best in the world...

But i guess it isnt that much of a big deal...

The best in the world are the ones who have enough free time to hone those skills in the first place :P

Nooo... I cant go to Taiwan... I hold dual citizenship there and I didnt do national service... if I go there they'll snap me up and make me join the army ^_^;


Then again, it's highly unlikely I'll be a tournament finalist, so I guess that's ok then.

only have to worry about it if you're going to be finalist. lol

i use to live there too.. no dual citizenship here though.. my dad told me they mailed me a letter for the mandatory military service but i dont live there anymore.. heh.

it'll be interesting.

the problem is my guild is half australian.. i wonder how that works out.. they require the majority to be of a region, but australia doesnt have a region.
