Mesmers and Necros appear to have a lot of beneficial changes. I have noticed a lot more necros floating around PvE since Sorrow's made it very useful to get rid of corpses. Maybe we'll see a few more mesmers?
Ele changes... looks like we have more to fear from those Ice Imps lol. And perhaps the W/E Slow Machine will see a little more play in PvP. I guess time will tell.
