"The Last Day Dawns" says it's updated after almost every quest anywhere in the game. It's a bug that means nothing.

I think it's one of the titan quests which you can get after the game ended.
Yes, for those of you who have "beat the game" (finished Hell's Precipice), you may now go to Droknar's Forge to the dragon statue, /kneel, and talk to the Vision of Glint. Glint sends you on a quest to defend Droknar's Forge... I'll let you explore from there...
