Post Searing Stalker

After the Searing does anyone know where I can find a Melandru's Stalker?

No, It is only obtainable in pre-searing.

You cant go back, so I assume you cant get it again.

It's a weak pet, look around for a moa bird or something, here is a list of some pets:

I just saw one saw one near hermit NPC the elementalist trainer sends you to. West of Old Ascalon, pretty much due south of the portal into the zone leading to Piken Square.

When you do that quest, does he take the stalker from you? I haven't completed it because I was afraid I would lose my stalker. ^^;

Unforunantly yes he does, but you can get another one easily.

Aww, I probably won't do it then. I know I can get another one, but my stalker's only half a level behind me and I don't really want to get a different one. Thanks for telling me.

Yup there is a stalker near the hermit, literally right outside. As for taking the pet away, he didnt take it from me, just was glad i had trained one.

He didn't take mine either. I tried to charm the first one I saw, didn't think to check the level. I was 2, it was 5. But I did charm it on about the 3rd try. I haven't checked to see if it still had a 3 level gap over me, I'm 4 now. Do they gain a level at the same rate I do?

Can you name them? Also, I read something here about having to train your pet...what's that all about?
