What is Sorrow's Furnace?????

I know I'll probably sound like a total noob saying this, but what is Sorrow's Furnace and how do I get there? My character is level 20 but I haven't ascended yet, (having trouble with Elona Reach mission because I keep teaming up with retards ), so maybe I can't even reach it yet.

Can anyone help me?

It's in the southern shiverpeaks, once you explore souther shiverpeaks a bityou'll easily find your way from places such as granite citadel, copperhammer mines, camp raknor (forgot name).

On Elona's Reach, I must admit first time I did this I struggled, strive to only fight one group at a time, avoid them if you can. Take out the sages first (healers, this should be obvious). I wouldn't use random pick up groups henchies will follow you, there's normally always someone in pick up groups who's going to aggro the mobs you could really do without fighting

The SF is approximately between the Granite Citadel - Snake Dance and Camp Rankor.
It's a new region and the only one where you can find green items!

If I'm mistaken.......Please somebody correct me!

OK...granite citadel, copperhammer mines, camp raknor ...never heard of these places, nor have I reached the southern shiverpeaks...will I get to these places after the ascenscion?

after u ascend u will get to dragons lair and once u do that mission u will get to draknors forge which is in the southern shiverpeaks and evrything else is easy to find

You have to finish the game to access the Furnace. You can get to Deldrimor War Camp though.

Actually, if you pay a runner at Beacon's Perch, you can get to Camp Rankor and Droknar's Forge without ascension. From Camp Rankor, you can get to Deldrimor War Camp (which is an outpost nearest to Sorrow's Furnace) through Snake Dance. And I think you can get into SF without ascension, but not so sure about that.

You do not have to be finished the game to access Sorrows Furnace.

You do have to be finished the game to access Defending Droknar, which in turn unlocks the other quests from Glint on completion.
