Guild Member Limit?

Hi

I was woundering if there was a limit on the amount of members you can have in your guild, right now there is 12 (11members + 1 leader) i invited someone else to the guild but he is saying that the "accept" and "decline" buttons are not clickable.. there grey, he can't highlight them.

i dont think that link answered his question....i think he is running into a bug
