A max damage chaos axe, 15>50 with an 8 requirement would sell for at least 500K (and probably much more).
It depends on what your definition of "godly" is. If you want a maximum axe without a particular look, you can probably get one with the best statistics in the game for your 200K without much problem.
That is - req 8, 15>50, 10/10 furious (some like sundering), +30 fortitude. It would be "godly" for that axe, but it isn't the end all be all of axes like the ones listed above.

So you are saying that I can have a really good axe with great stats that does the same thing as another better looking axe with same stats?..

Can I buy an axe that has req 8 15%>50 (or always) and Upgrade it with a fortitude +30 , will that make it very good??

Look, The best way for YOU to get a axe like this is to start checking cities, hang there for a bit saying "buying gold Max axes" find one with +15%above 50% or enchant or whatever u want, damage from somone who dosnt relize there's forums where people Pay millions gold for stuff. Depending on how how informed u think they r offer them beetwen 75 to 150k and u can get the axe, which is the key part. From there start saving for mods.

Then go buy the mods. A +30 grip of fortitude you can probably get for between 50K and 60K from what I've seen lately. The 10/10 furious or 10/10 sundering will probably cost more than 75K (but definitely not more than 100K).
That's hopefully around 200K in total. Or you can simply try to get one of the green axes for less than 100K...they're just as good IMO.

One more question: I might sound like a noob but this is something that has been confusing from the very begining. I understand that there can be only one Mod applied to a weapon right?. If i tried to apply another mod, it asks me to replace the existing one.
So if I buy a SUMMIT AXE with 15%>50 and apply a FORTITUDE mod that gives me +30 health, how will I get the 1010 or double adrenaline (10%chance) ?
Or do I have to apply a Haft such as sundering haft which would make my axe SUNDERRING SUMMIT AXE OF FORTITUDE?.
In that case can I upgrade an axe that already has a Haft applied to it?. or is this why people ask for clean axe with 15%>50dmg?.

Yes - you're right on the money. There are two upgrades to every axe...a haft (which is the word before the name of the axe) and a grip (the word after the name of the axe).
You can replace (in 99% of the cases) either mod on an existing axe. It just takes double clicking on the mod and clicking on the axe. The old one will disappear.
The 10/10 adrenaline is a "Furious Axe Haft". The 10/10 sundering is a "Sundering Axe Haft". You can buy those from players.

dwarven 15>50:
other rares: 500k+
most other types of axes arent very expensive, i bought a 15>50 with 3/1 vamp for 65k.
and one more thing: 10/10 sundering SUCKS. it is the worst prefix in the game... just worth alot cause a perfect upgrade looks nice. i would suggest vampiric or elemental, although 10% furious can be good for very adrenaline dependant builds. for the suffix go with weapon mastery or enchanment length for offense (besides random arenas, warriros arent exactly hot targets). if your pvping, buy offensive mods, and for PvE your equipment doesnt matter cause its friggin easy (IMO +30 hp is better spent on a nice shield). dont let a high price tag fool you into thinkin its a good upgrade.

works for any build, very offensive to put the smack down on some enemy monks
