It is not listed in the site, but savage shot got 1/2 shooting time since 8th september. It is pretty usefull now - can interupt even ress signets.

Combined with melandru's arrows vs enchanted caster interupting a spell it can go up to 100 dmg!

I noticed Savage Shot seemed to be better for some reason. Dredge rangers were interrupting the heck out of me in Sorrow's Furnace. Thanks.

The change makes it worth using for me. It had a hard time interrupting anything at all before... now its the quickest recharging interrupt arrow and its on par as far as speed with the others.

It was updated during the PVPX weekend, it is listed in that section of the game update. They changed the speed of the ranger interrupt shots such as Punsihing shot and savage shot so that they are as fast as quickshot. Not sure about concussion shot though, I never use it.

Well there all are now 1/2 (except the quck whick is listed as 1 sec but fast as 1/2). Interupting shot still got the favor with its +20 sec recharge time, but for damage savage is good.

Not sure about concussion shot though, I never use it. concussion was always about as fast as distracting shot. maybe like 1/2 a second not 1/4 of a second, but when i use it it feels like quick shot or something. definetly faster than a regular bow attack.

During the PvPX weekend, all of the interruption-based bow attacks had their attack time lowered from 3/4 of a second to 1/2 of a second, with the exception of Savage Shot. Up until the Sorrow's Furnace update, Savage Shot's attack time was dependant on your bow's attack speed. With the Sorrow's Furnace update, Savage Shot was changed so that it had a 1/2 of a second attack time, bringing it in line with the other interrupt attacks (i.e. Distracting Shot, Concussion Shot, and Punishing Shot)
