There are many many of us who took this weekend off work to play G.W. with our friends and guild mates. Many of us also went out-of-our-way to help spread the good word of Guild Wars, and bought the Collectors Edition to express our gratitude to Arena Net. Unfortunately, many of us (the core "fan" club) can't play this weekend because our retail kit has not arrived. Further, in a private chat /w tech support person they said explicitly that they are "short" of the Collectors Editions and that major retailers didn't get their copies till last Thursday or Friday (this confirms what Best Buy told me). So, this isn't a retailer's fault -- it is Arena Net's fault for not getting their distribution channels in-line. The result is that loyal people who have been spreading the word of guild wars are left hanging -- it is very poor behavior on Arena Net. It gives me a bad taste in my mouth. I took Friday, Sat, Sun, and Mon off so I could play with my buddies -- but I can't. I've been locked-out the whole time; even though I _paid_ for the game months ago.
So this is a PLEA to the Guild Wars Staff. Please, Please, Please re-enable the pre-order keys to Tue or Wed to get the distribution channel time to catch up. Pretty please? We've done you huge favors by spreading the word, please don't leave us addicted players hanging. If you support this petition -- even if you are already playing, please post with "+1" to keep this at the top of the list. Let Arena Net _know_ about their problem so that they fix it.

i can't play as well for now...
at least until monday night when i suppose my retail version will arrive.
i also posted an e-mail directed to marketing and public relations support:
hey there all you guys at Anet support...
i preordered guildwars about at february and just got the retail package shipped from EB games to my brother who lives in the US...
i sent it to him because i live in israel and it would take longer for it to get here...
my problem is that the retail package would only get to him on monday and untill then i can't play.
i played yesterday with my preorder key and now i can't anymore.
i'm sure that many other clients who bought the game and didnt get the retail package still ca'nt play.
my main concern is that i recruited some new people to my guild yesterday and im afriad they will quit if they see theyre guild leader not appearing for two days.
it would be very pleasent for me and for all those people who didnt get theyre shipment yet if you could extend the preorder key acces period for a couple more days or so...
