Well, thnking about it. You could have a Mo/W with Endure and Defy Pain, along with as many people spamming as many enchantments on them as you can think of - with Symbiosis active, +Fertile season for the bit extra. Not quite sure how much tha would end up giving.

Although ... Endure and Defy Pain are both Strength linked, so would need to be a Warrior Primary .. so maybe Awaken the Blood + Daemonic Flesh?

isnt it just divine boon + elite which makes you heal more(cant remember name) + infuse health with fertile season up?

The Elite you're thinking of would be Aura of Faith. And basically yes it is just that with Fertitle Season (+as many enchantments as they would lay their hands on by the looks of things). Whether or not Kago was using Daemonic Flesh for that bit extra boost, I'm not sure - or Endure Pain, but being Strength-linked I doubt that.
