for blood user its perfect. ow i got this baby for almost free ^^
by the way: i got too an offhand gold req 13 blood ,
+12 energy, blood+1 (chance: 19%), and +5 armor (while hp above 50%),
how much that one worth ?

energy while enchanted isnt as good as energy while health is above 50%, so no yours isnt better than mine. however that icon is quite a find. id have them both PC'd in the ETC forum

ow i said mine was better because im a battery necro, almost all times, so my hp always is lower than 50% . so while enchanted is way better for me =) .
i was thinking.. the wells get 8 reg of hp if it is cast with 19 blood ? or +8 reg energy on blood is power its an intringuing question . =P
