Guild wars wont load.

when i try to start gw,the grey screen pops up and says connecting to anet.it has never gotten past that.any ideas on what might be wrong or how can i fix it? any help is appreciated.

maybe you are not connected to internet.

try starting internet browser to see if you are connected.

it also could be your firewall, make sure you allow guildwars.exe

yeah i have cable so im always in the internet.and ive been trying while i posted this.and i had guild wars allow,unless it changed itself somehow.ill double check.


edit:yeah i have it allowed.

it has been doing this since about 6pm central time.it was working fine before that.i logged off for a little then tryed to get back in and it wouldnt let me.

I have the same problem...funny thing is that I was playing it just fine before I left for golf/dinner, but when I returned some 7 hours later, it stays at 0% Connecting to ArenaNet. Absolutely no changes and I've already finished some quests on the new update...
