To All Those Pooing On People Selling Greens

I just came from the Sell forum, and am already tired of people commenting to others about selling Green items, especially when they offer 1g or 2g. Just because you are an ascended lvl 20 whatever and you can go with your ascended frends to get whatever green weapon you want doesn't mean everyone can. I'm sure there are plenty of people that browse the sell forums, and would happily pay a few k, maybe even more for one of these green weapons, especially since getting the equivalent collector's weapon and adding the perfect mods would be just as hard/costly, if not more. If you aren't interested in buying the weapon, don't make the person feel bad because they posted it.

Also, regardless of all I said above, who knew that a boss drops the weapon every time, or who even knows for sure yet, for that matter (I just know people will jump in and say they do, but bear with me). The people who posted probably just came from playing Furnace for the first time and got this awesome, green perfect weapon. If nothing else, their "mistakes" as some might call them, are certainly excusable.

heh...understandable. but i believe that those people were expecting 100+ platinum, thinking they had godly weapons. if not, then well...sorry

So where do you actually get htese green intems? ive been wondering about that.

By killing a Stone Summit boss in Sorrow's Furnace, I believe

bosses do NOT drop green items everytime, finding the item that you want will still take a lot of time.

they do drop them frequently though as i have found out with my monk

i've been soloing furnace farming green and i get them about 1/4 of the time when i'm alone

if you are a full party then you have a 1/32 chance of finding one.

Blue collectors items, easy to get but still worth 0,5-7k depending on the item because some take time and efford.
Green items, hard to get, but only around 2 to 4 times as hard as getting a collectors item, therefore a rightfull price may be 2-25k, depending on the item.

Yellow and purple items, all prices you can imagine, and all are relatively logicall.

Werid thing these days is that people seriously mess up yellow items with green items, theyre completely different things!

Green items sell for ~50k to people that think its an uber godly hyper rare yellow item.

Yellow items sell to the material trader without even looking at the +28 fortitude upgrade because they are not as perfect as green items.

a +28 fortitude upgrade is still worth its price because YOU CAN CUSTOMITE WITH IT!!!!

not every boss drops a green item its all luck u sometimes get lucky and get a good green item and u sometimes arent lucky and u dont get anything ITS ALL LUCK

and i coudl care less for how much they are selling them cause i dotn plan on buying one ill either stick to my nearly perfect golden axe or ill find a perfect green one on my own
