OMG the GREEN WEAPONS SUCKS

i like the new area's and quests but why on earth perfect green weapons ?
everyone will have a perfect weapon now and farming will suck now cause everyone wants a green weapon and gold weapons are like common now :S
i dont like this whole green weapon thing
what do you all think of it ?

I think there are already several posts on this. For the record, I love the better drops for all. Yay for the green!

So what? Now the game is becomming less like Diablo II and you no longer have to buy money on E-Bay to get the weapon you want.

I think Green weapons are awesome because they are a giant step towards making price gouging for weapons with components obsolete.

The game is about skill and not about items, remember?

gold items WILL retain their value. sure you can get a perfect weapon, but you cant change them. so unless you need the exact mods on an item, you gotta go buy a new weapon. they are basicly cooler collectors items with expensive upgrades.

I'm so very happy at the changes and how drops are increased and better ones are more common and the need for farming is less. Very happy indeed.

So is it a fact that they aren't salvageable or modifiable?

whats the big fuss? Last i checked there have been collectors giving out max damage weapons with perfect 15% for the longest.

i agree i love the whole green weapon thing and the fact that u dont have to spend hours farming to get nice weapons. now that the chances of getting one are more likely.

I love the green weapons. They are after all just much better collector items.

Been off for a week, I'm assuming green weapons were released with Furnace update on the 7th? Not really sure what you mean by green (other than green name). I'm assuming they are perfect dropped items in new areas or from collectors/smiths? Just a little brief reasonable non: "u r da stupidz" explanation would be appreciated!

scrawny, bosses in the new areas - I have no idea whether it happens in the other areas! - drop weapons with green text. They are named for the boss who drops it. NICE things, the ones I've seen.

This sounds good, and I bet every IGN farmer and botter is banging their head on their keyboard complaining about everything, finally realising that they need to find a new source of income.
