Aurora Glade Bonus will be the death of me.

No, I know how to do it. I've done it before but I must've been extremely lucky with the group I had because I'm on my 9th or 10th attempt now. I run the crystals alternating between the closest pedestal and the left pedestal and I do it quite well but the other 5 people can't ever seem to hold off the mantle at the left pedestal. They always seem to get overwhelmed time and time again and I'm going completely insane. Can someone help? What is a good make up of the other 5 people to hold off at the pedestel while I run?

just rush the crystals to the holder things...thats all what you have to do. no fighting the white mantle..

The Demagogue is pretty easy to kill. He stands alone and no allies. Normally I just go and do it by myself while everyone else is doing the crystals.

I'm sick of human players making mistakes on this, do you guys think it's possible if I just take 5 henchman and charge Demagogue I could get it done?

i did this with henchies. Try get a death nec in your group with lvl 18 fiends and minions. Its easy cheesy then.

Make up of team - Knockdown Wars or just several warriors for the meat shield technique, An Ele with Gale (knockdown), Ranger w/pin down (something to slow the crystal carrier), heck even a necro controller with minions would be great help.

Forget the whole "out run" the white mantle thing, since the idea behind this thread is to get to the bonus. When you first get into that last part, grab a crystal and head to the altar on your left - the white mantle will take it right before you get there...no worries. Take it and defend it!! There is a lil corner/hill they approach from you can use to your advantage for blocking. Put the Wars out front by this corner, Monks can seed them for buffer, use your ctrl key to keep an eye out for their runner, just focus fire on the runner, kill the remaining mobs in between....after 3-4 waves of 3-4 White Mantle....you'll be alone with the Demagogue and can do unspeakable things to em!!! Works everytime for me when people are willing to listen and stick to the plan.

Well I finished it last night finally. Just me W/MO and 5 henchies. I just sprinted past the gate and solo'd Demagogue while the henchmen all got stuck at the gate. Just threw on Mending and hacked away with my axe. Easy enough. Much easier in fact than attempting to hold the left pedestal with human players. Thanks all.

Don't hold the left pedestal, hold the FIRST pedestal.

Seriously. Walk into the area and capture the pedestal closest to your end. Let them take the left, they already have the right, so where will they go next? Straight up the middle, with a long distance to go to your pedestal (giving you more time to intercept and eviscerate the crystal-carrier), where you'll be waiting for them.

Survive the initial rush and the quest becomes academic. A decent minion necro makes it spectacularly easy.
