I was planning to post one error I've found recently...but while at it...I decided to post another one which I have found long time ago.

--The Wilds--
Near end of this mission, you will find chosen ones entangled inside spider web. Most of them dead..but you will find a chosen who is alive, about get attack by a spider.
I am pretty sure that the live chosen one is a "guy".
A guy with ponytail hair, and a goatee.
But when he screams "oh no"....he has a female voice...
I'm starting to wonder if this is an error....or "he" is meant to scream with "female voice". After all, he is scared to death right? LOL

--A side quest given by priest outside Sardelac Sanitarium--(if this has been fixed...please ignore)(been long time that I can't remember in detail)
He gives two side quests...but for the one where you have to find whereabout of his friend, who have been comforting a woman whose husband has been gone out to war for long time; there is an error with quest log text.
You found a body and report it to the priest. He will ask you to talk to a woman outside Ascalon city.
When you open up quest log...it updates with wrong quest....something like..
tell a woman that her husband loves her.
This wrong quest log is suppose to appear for other side quest where you meet a woman's husband during mission somewhere in Ruins of Surmia.

Thanks for listening

ummm that second quest you have mixed up. You receive that tell the woman her husband loves her from the mission at the 'ruins of surmia' i believe. he hands you a message and tells you to speak to the woman outside of ascalon and tell her that he loves her.

Or are you saying that the other quest is updating this one.

Yes...I'm saying that other quest is updating this one
To avoid any misunderstanding...I'll describe the main part.

After you found a body and report it to the priest, he asks you to talk to a woman. If you open up quest log, it will say something like...tell a woman that her husband loves her....which is wrong quest log

That actually isn't that unusual. Many militaries use "Sir" for both male and female officers. The US doesn't, except the Marines sometimes do. A Female Marine Officer will accept either "Sir" or "Ma'am". Probably the same in the White Mantle.

My personal favorite is the Dwarf in the Ring of Fire mission who tells the Mursaat to "taste my axe" when he's holding a hammer.

Another interesting glitch with that particular scene is with the Shining Blade warrior that comes to the rescue (only to promptly die from poison or whatever). If you skip the scene immediately, the guy will still be there, but using the name/model of a Maguuma Spider. So there's an allied (green) Maguuma Spider walking around in his place, then suddenly disappearing when the guy would've normally died. Although the spider is green, it's unfortunately not tameable.

When it comes to 'errors' in game, my current favourite is Holy Veil:
"While you maintain this Enchantment, any Hex cast on target foe takes twice as long to cast."
Backstabbing in skill form, going by the description.

Right after you become infused in the Iron Mines mission, the priests in the tunnel are labeled as Zealots! Tricky tricky

Another thing worded wrong: in one of the Ascalon missions, an Ascalon Ranger says: "Be careful. I have a family to go back to." It just cracks me up.

What's wrong with screaming like a girl? I do it all the time. If you want to hear ANY guy--or person, for that matter--may I recommend the F.E.A.R. Demo from Sierra. It's messed up.

I notice bugs all the time, and so I just use the /bug command

Or maybe both. If you watch documenteries, many spiders give their prey a lot of helium then kick them in the groin.
