I see this skill alot in PvP and I wonder why do people use and if it is being used in PvE.There is a better one than this it is called Flurry same thing but don't take the double damage.
Flurry is one of the worst IAS stances. I honestly don't know why people use it, I really don't.

i love this skill in pve and pvp..in pve use another stance to exit frnzy when taken damage. tho many idiots out their thoughtt he skill was the worst in the game so the monk stopped healaer the user and called me a noob repeatedly for saying that it is one of the best adren gain skills out their... sigh.. wanted to slap that monk back and forth...

So basically you use Flurry to 1v1 another Warrior instead of taking down a Monk that's healing him? That must make you some kind of super Warrior then.

Flurry doesn't last as long and you also deal 25% less damage, so it's actually counter-productive toward your damage (compared to any other IAS) especially if you're using attack skills while it's up.
I love Frenzy, quick recharge, don't have to spec into anything for it, full damage, and all it takes to avoid the drawback is a little bit of caution on the user's side (which means not using it while you're being attacked heavily by the other team or cancelling it when a spike team suddenly turns and faces your direction).

If I play warrior in GvG i often hit the enemy warrior to get them to switch out to sprint, also easy to charge adrenaline on the frenzy warrior than chasing a mesmer with distortion all over the place.
I use a Hammer and normal attacks on frenzy warrior is pretty nice, if I see one thats under 50% HP its GG

i was in the ascalon area yesterday, with my lvl 10 w/e. it as all good fun and if i remeber corectly we clocked up about 50 wins before we got bored. but while i was there i noticed this warrior that kept comming back in different teams. he was lvl 5 with pre armor, and was using frenzy...
even after i killed him on loads of occasions he stil didnt stop using frenzy.
(i was using frenzy too but in a much more inteligent way)

Flurry is better then frenzy in solo builds or tank builds. That's about it. You get adrenaline faster, and on-hit effects take place more often (order of pain, vamp weapon, zealous weapon, but also empathy, spiteful spirit and so on). Also, flurry reduces the damage from your normal attacks, but not the +dmg from attack skills. therefore, in PvE flurry>frenzy.
In PvP, stick with frenzy for the reasons everyone else before me has stated. I do agree that frenzy is the best skill in the game, but I want to add to that this only is true in PvP.

PvP or PvE? Frenzy is suicide in PvE, certainly, but I have never found a skill I like more for an attack speed increase, besides "I will avenge you!", which is way to conditional for me to use regularly, so I tend to go with frenzy.
Frenzy is most emphatically not suicide in PvE, as long as you're not trying to tank. If you just want to do damage, and you're smart about not taking aggro and cancelling it works just fine.

Flurry actually works perfectly on Assassins. They have low bas damage so the damage penalty won't hurt them. That plus the fact that nearly all the damage Assassins do comes from their attack skills, which are armor-ignoring and aren't reduced in damage due to Flurry. I actually have a build with my Assassin using Flurry - works great.
OK, why is Tigers Stance the worst IAS in the game? Because you need to spend points in Strength?
I never use Frenzy any more, because the second I trigger it you can BET some bastard Ranger hits me with a 150+ point hit - so I cancel the Frenzy.
End result: no IAS, 150+ health lost.
Gimme Tiger Stance any day.

I pretty much exclusively do Aspenwood now when I'm not playing with my guildies (and then I use a ranger).
Monk or no monk, I don't see the use of taking extra damage when most of the time I have to break before I get the full 8 second benefit. And if that ranger or luxon warrior decides to keep hammering me, I've no IAS at all.
Yeah, only having IAS 50% of the time is irritating, but if I have to chose between tigers stance and frenzy, I'll take tigers stance.
But maybe that's just me, I don't know. I was mainly curious why you felt TS was so bad.
