Minor Runes Worthless?

I have a lot of minor runes I want to sell
no one wants to buy them
are they worthless

They are just rather common, you can sell a few to the trader for a good profit. They are extremely useful runes though.

Yes, they're worthless. Just dump them on the rune trader.

If you mean worthless in a monetary or economic sense... then yes, absolutely. Just junk them to the merchant for 25g and be happy. If you mean worthless in the gameplay sense... certainly not. I'm not always willing to give up the 75hp that a superior costs, but I want a little skill boost. Ever since the rune trader was implemented, I've ALWAYS put minor runes for each attribute on all my characters.

Minor runes are very useful, but are extremely easy to get, and cheap (most are ~100g from the rune trader), so you'll probably be better off selling them all to the trader for a little bit of gold.

most go for 25 gold but every now and then (every few days) i get a minor that brings 500-1500 gold

I have to agree that the best thing to do is sell them to a trader. Even with the 400 to 500 runes are often better sold to trader then another player. It takes way to long to find someone that wants to buy them.

Check out the prices for buying minor runes. Some are in demand, and if you find those, you tend to get more back when selling them at the rune trader.
But as everyone else has already stated in one way or another, minor are not seen has valuable as higher runes so it may be harder to sell to other players. Save time and sell to trader.

nobody will buy it for more than 100g, if thats what you're asking. hell, the trader doesnt go above like 26g, 35ish for the popular ones.

Actually, you can sell certain ones for over 100g; minor Swords and Fire magic come to mind right now, they used to sell for 1k or more. But, like Fye said, it's just much easier to sell runes to the Merchant.
